The Libby Fernandez Award will be given to a parent/caregiver of a child with an emotional, social or behavioral disability. This outstanding family member shall have demonstrated exceptional achievement in the areas of:
-leading a support group,
-mentoring other parents, and/or
-advocating for children with emotional, social, or behavioral disabilities.

This conference is geared towards superintendents, school administrators, local school board members, educators, counselors, and other youth-serving professionals associated with Kentucky’s public schools.
